Developer Has Plans for Building Near UM Biopark

A Baltimore developer has purchased three properties across the street from the UM BioPark and is talking to UM officials about incorporating his properties into the BioPark. Jim Hughes, Vice President for Research and Development at the University of Maryland notes that the first BioPark building is almost fully leased.
