5K Run/Walk Details:
The course starts at Union Square Park and winds through and around southwest Baltimore landmarks, including Hollins Market, B&O Railroad Museum and Mount Clare Mansion in Carroll Park, with the finish line at the H.L. Mencken House. Racers will enjoy refreshments and music during the awards ceremony in historic Union Square.

Registration Fees:
Register online at sowebolandmark5k.org by June 1, 2015 and pay only $25. Registration through October 1, 2015 is $30 per person. Race day registration fee is $35 (cash or check) and runs from 7:30-8:45 am.
Sowebo Landmark 5K t-shirts will be given to all paid 5K participants.
Any youth under the age of 16 may run for free. All youth runners must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. These runners may purchase a Sowebo Landmark 5K t-shirt for $5.
Child Registrations:  Any chlld under the page of 16 may run for FREE. All runners much have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. These funners may purchase a shirt for $5.

Charity Beneficiary:  Southwest Baltimore Charter School, the Chesapeake Center for Youth Development (CCYD) and the Downtown Baltimore Family Alliance.

Restrictions:  No dogs, skateboards, rollerblades/rollerskates, or scooters are allowed on the course.

The Sowebo Running and Walking Club of Baltimore aims to unite neighbors, families, schools, and local resources to empower our youth to be active, eat well, and lead healthy lives.
