This workshop will provide training on the tools used for analysis of RNA-Seq data. Methods covered include: mapping reads to a reference and differential expression analysis.

This workshop is 2.5 days long. They will begin in the afternoon of the first day with registration/check-in from 12:30 to 1:00. The workshop will run from 1:00-5:00 the first day and from 9:00-5:00 the remaining two days. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on the second and third days (the two full days). The registration fee for this workshop is $450 for general rate, $350 for student rate.
