The Universitywide commencement ceremony at 1st Mariner Arena will take place at 3 p.m. Graduates will depart the arena by 5 p.m. with their diplomas in hand. We are excited and honored that Congressman Elijah E. Cummings, an alumnus of our University of Maryland School of Law, will be our keynote speaker. More about Mr. Cummings is available below.
