A key to this successful transformation is effective feedback. Few leaders have mastered the art of meaningful and effective feedback, and it is an important responsibility of being a leader. Criticism is evaluative and frequently is hurtful or judging of the individual. Constructive feedback is descriptive of a behavior and carries no judgment.
