The goal of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Network is to provide a student-lead, interdisciplinary, and innovation driven community at the University of Maryland Baltimore that aligns itself with the greater Baltimore entrepreneurial community through strong partnerships, networking, knowledge sharing and inspiration.  EIN's Intellectual Property Workshop will be an expert-guided workshop on how to protect your company and the patent process at UMB. Speakers will include a Corporate Lawyer who specializes in Startups, a representative from UMB Technology Transfer Office, and a current student at UMB who has successfully filed a patent and started a company. It will also allow for entrepreneurial-minded students to work on their own business ideas. Pizza and soda will be provided. Cosponsored by USGA, BHI, and EAGB.
