Alba Therapeutics, which raised $30 million last summer, was honored for the best collaboration between industry and academia by the Greater Baltimore Committee in an award ceremony designed to show the region's bioscience industry "percolating."  Alba Therapeutics, which has offices in the UM BioPark, works closely with Alessio Fassano, MD, professor of medicine and director of the Mucosal Biology Research Center at the School of Medicine.
