On September 21, the BioPark welcomed Peter Greenleaf of MedImmune, the region's largest biotech and worldwide biologics unit of global pharma company Astra Zeneca, as part of the Greater Baltimore Committee's Bioscience Speaker Series. University of Maryland President Dr. Jay Perman asked Greenleaf, "What is the optimal interface between bioscience companies and universities?" Greenleaf responded, "It starts with the science."
