Overview

Karrington Healthcare Company (KHC) is a public benefit corporation founded by the team behind Karrington Clinical Laboratory (KCL), with a mission to close health disparities through early detection and better access to care.

We partner with FQHCs, Medicaid MCOs, nonprofit hospitals, and employer wellness programs to deliver self-collection screening kits and rapid testing solutions for diabetes, cervical cancer, colorectal cancer, kidney disease, and more, making preventive care more accessible for underserved communities.

Powered by Karrington's CLIA and CAP certified lab network, we manage the entire testing pipeline from in-home kit delivery to EHR-integrated results, supporting care teams with fast, accurate diagnostics and minimal front-line burden.

With labs in Maryland, California, North Carolina, and Arizona, Karrington helps organizations meet HEDIS and UDS benchmarks, reduce preventable hospitalizations, and improve population health outcomes, especially in communities that need it most.
