Whelley Named VP at Colliers Pinkard

Former Downtown Partnership of Baltimore president Michelle Whelley has been named senior vice president of Colliers Pinkard, the state's largest commercial real estate company. Colliers Pinkard already performs leasing duties for the UMBioPark.
