Zyngenia, Inc. is a privately held biotherapeutics company focused on the development of the next-generation of antibody-derived  drugs.  Prior to joining Zyngenia, Dr. Amprey ran MedImmune, LLC's $300M venture fund, MedImmune Ventures.  Dr. Amprey came to MedImmune Ventures from Carrot Capital (CCHV) where he was responsible for deal sourcing and had operational roles within CCHV's portfolio companies.

Tom Grossi, Principal, NEA
NEA provides venture and growth capital to help innovative entrepreneurs and business leaders build transformational, industry-leading companies around the world.  Tom joined NEA in 2005 and focuses on investments in enterprise technology, digital media and alternative energy companies.  Tom sits on the board of directors of Apprenda and is involved with NEA’s investments in Innerworkings, Echo Global Logistics, Data Robotics, Gridpoint, MediaBank, Millennial Media, Motricity, Nordic Windpower, Pentaho, Vertica and ViXS.

Edison Venture Fund has an investment profile that spans venture capital, expansion, management buyouts, secondary stock, acquisitions, spinout and recapitalization financings.  Edison specializes in financial technology, pharmaceutical business solutions, interactive marketing, communications, business services and application software.  Sever is responsible for leading investments in enterprise software and business services companies primarily located in the Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia area. He focuses on software sectors including business intelligence, securing the enterprise, mobility, real-time infrastructure, information services and on-demand applications.
