Sister companies share leased space to provide complete biostorage and compliance support services to regulated life science and health care industries

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND, February 29, 2012 – The University of Maryland BioPark announced today that Vigilant Bioservices and Quality Solutions have relocated their facilities from Columbia, Maryland, to their newly constructed facility in Building 2 of the BioPark campus.  Vigilant Bioservices provides biorepository, cold chain logistics and related services to the biotech, pharma, tissue banking, and healthcare industries. Quality Solutions is a specialized validation, engineering, and compliance services provider with broad experience in the biotech/pharma industry. With their relocation to Baltimore, the companies bring their unique expertise to the BioPark’s fast-growing cluster of commercial tenants and are better able to serve their clients across the globe in its expanded facility.
