We Work For Health and PhRMA hosted Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley, Delaware Governor Jack Markell and West Virginia Governor Earl Ray Tomblin at the University of Maryland BioPark in Baltimore, Maryland to discuss how states can create jobs through medical innovation.
